Coastal Goddess Annual Ladies Lunch
Coastal Goddess, in collaboration with WomenCan, are pleased to announce that tickets for our annual Ladies’ Lunch are now on sale! Set to take place on August 4 at Drifters Wharf, Gosford.
This special event aims to raise crucial funds for gynaecological cancer research with a focus on increasing awareness and supporting ongoing advancements in treatment.
Over the past two years, Coastal Goddess has raised just under $50,000 for WomenCan; testament to the dedication and generosity of our community. This Ladies Lunch is more important than ever, as every day in Australia 19 women are diagnosed with a gynaecological cancer.
The cause hits close to home for Coastal Goddess. Within the past two years, both owner Dr Kelly Needham and clinic manager Sam have faced their own battles with cervical cancer, one of the seven types of gynaecological cancers. Their experiences have only strengthened their resolve to support research and raise awareness about these life-altering diseases.
“Our annual Ladies’ Lunch is more than just an event, it’s a movement,” Dr Needham said. “It’s about bringing our community together to support the women in our lives and to fund the research that will lead to better treatments and, ultimately, cures for gynaecological cancers. “This year we are honoured to have ovarian cancer survivor and author Heather Hawkins to speak at our lunch. “We are really looking forward to hearing her journey.”
WomenCan is an organisation committed to funding research and raising awareness for gynaecological cancers. Their work is instrumental in advancing treatments and improving the lives of women diagnosed with these cancers. WomenCan raise funds for ANZGOG (Australia New Zealand Gynaecological Oncology Group) – advancing research and saving lives.
Join us for heartfelt presentations, as well as a two-course lunch with drinks included, hosted at one of the Central Coast’s premier locations, Drifter's Wharf - Sunday 4, August 2024.

We have always prided ourselves in being a women run clinic for women; but that's not to say that we strongly believe Men receiving the same treatments should be accessible. This is why we have decided to start 'Men's Mondays'. The first Monday of each month will be a time for all the Men of the Central Coast to come and receive all of their aesthetic needs.
